Tom Stoppard originally wrote Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead for the stage It was later made into the film which we watched. Of course, it is based on Hamlet. Here’s two straightforward questions to ask yourself, and to answer thoughtfully in the comments section of this post: 1. Why did Mr. Stoppard create this play and subsequent film? 2.
